TERMS OF
ENGAGEMENT

Danger X grants you a revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to download, install, and use the Software solely for your personal, non-commercial purposes strictly in accordance with the terms of this Agreement.

You agree not to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Software. Attempts to analyze the kernel driver or bypass our authentication handshakes will result in an immediate, irreversible hardware-level ban.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your license key. Sharing your key or attempting simultaneous sessions on multiple machines is a violation of protocol and will trigger automated termination.

We reserve the right to terminate your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.
